Day 01: Welcome to Myanmar (Arrival Yangon)

Shwedagon PagodaWelcome at the airport terminal (before immigration & passports control) Collect the passports and assist the arrival visa process. The clients will bring directly to the waiting luxury air-conditioned coaches (they don't need to wait for the visa). Myanmar Ladies wearing the traditional costumes will offer the flowers. Transfer to hotel and introduction of the country by our guides. Check in at the hotel and welcome cocktail ready to serve. Distribution of the room-keys immediately and guests make up refreshment. Lunch at the hotel. In the late afternoon, sightseeing tour includes the gilded SULE PAGODA, dating back over 2,000 years.The tour continues to CHAUK HTAT GYI, a huge reclining Buddha image followed by a photo stop made at KARAWEIK HALL, a royal floating barge. An extended visit to SHWEDAGON PAGODA, one of the world’s most spectacular religious monuments, will conclude the tour of this picturesque Garden City. The golden dome of the Shwedagon Pagoda rises 98 meters above its base and is covered with 60 tons of pure gold. Back to hotel & leisure. 18:30 : There is welcome dinner with cultural show waiting to us. All person ready to enjoy “Myanmar Traditional Dance”, includes Myanmar Dace, Shan Dace, Puppet show and other traditional dance. Transfer back to hotel and overnight in Yangon. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 02 : Yangon-Bagan

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Bagan (over 1 hr flight, estimated time 0600/0700 hr departure Yangon). Welcome by Myanmar Ladies wearing the traditional costumers of 11th century style with banners & flowers. Guests are taken directly to the luxury air-condition coaches.Check in at the hotel & welcome cocktail. Distribution of the room-keys immediately and guests make up refreshment. Sightseeing starting with the busy local market and continuing with visits to a diverse selection of the most important pagodas and temples such as SHWEZIGON PAGODA, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century, KU BYAUK GYI, a temple with exquisite murals of Jataka scenes, KHAY MIN GA TEMPLE, noted for its spectacular panoramic view of the area’s many monuments and ANANDA TEMPLE with four huge standing Buddha images and numerous seated figures in niches around the galleried interior. Afternoon a visit of a lacquer craftsmen’s workshop in nearby MYINKABA village and sightseeing to MANUHA TEMPLE, built in Mon style in 1059, NANBAYA TEMPLE, a unique sandstone monument, said to have been the palace of King Manuha and MYINGABA GU BYAUKGYI TEMPLE, noted for its ancient mural paintings. Observe sunset in the vicinity of Bagan’s ancient monuments. Lunch at “Typical Myanmar Food House”. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Bagan. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 03 : Bagan – Visit Mount Popa – Bagan (50 km, over 1 hr drive)

Shwedagon Pagoda Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Mt.Popa-an extinct volcano which is known as "Home of the Spirits" and observe the life of rural area on the way such as producing the palm sweets. We may stop several places for making the photos and knowing the countryside. Climb up 777 steps to reach of top of Mt.Popa cliff temple and enjoy the landscapes. Come down and transfer to Popa Mountain Resort for the lunch. After lunch back to Bagan.
Option II: Nat Dance lunch (Extra USD 25 per person, base on over 15 pax) :
Upon arrival lunch place
-Myanmar Nat dance event (1 hour)
-Welcome soft drinks
-Welcome with Nat special flower
-Lunch arrangement
After arrive back to Yangon, let’s show your competition ability by horsecart. Time will take 45 minutes start to end. At the end point of competition, the Minanthu village to observe the daily life of the people.
Finally take the boat ride on mighty Ayeyarwaddy River during the sunset time. Dinner with puppet show & overnight in Bagan. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 04 : Bagan – Mandalay (30 minutes by flight)

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for the flight to Mandalay. Upon arrival, welcome by the ladies wearing the traditional costumes of the 19th Century Style (Mandalay Period) with banners & flowers. Transfer to Amarapura (01:00 hour), a comprehensive sightseeing tour including MAHAMUNI PAGODA with its spectacular Buddha image covered with thick layers of gold leaves, SHWE NAN DAW KYAUNG or GOLDEN PALACE MONASTERY, a superb example of a traditional wooden building and KUTHODAW PAGODA, known as the world’s largest book, consisting of 729 marble slabs engraved with Buddhist scriptures. A visit is also made to a craftsmen’s workshop to see Kalaga tapestries being created.
Drive to Mandalay.
Lunch at Green Elephant restaurant.
Check in at the hotel and distribution of rooms keys immediately to the guests. Welcome cocktail & leisure. Visit the Kuthodaw Pagoda, which houses 729 marble slabs sculptured the teaching of Buddha, Shwenandaw (Golden Palace) Monastery, which is the masterpiece of wood carving, etc. Finally enjoy the sunset on top of Mandalay Hill where we can admire the beauty of Mandalay City, Shan Plateau, etc. Come back to hotel and leisure. Dinner at the poolside of the hotel and overnight in Mandalay. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 05 : Mingun – Ava - Sagaing visit

After breakfast, a boat trip on the mighty AYEYARWADDY RIVER takes us to MINGUN about 11 km (1 hour) upriver from Mandalay where visits include the MINGUN BELL, weighing 90 tons and being the largest uncracked bell in the world, HSINBYUME PAYA and the unfinished MINGUN PAYA, built as one of the world’s largest Chedis by King Bodaw Paya.
Lunch at local food “Small River restaurant” at Ava.
Continue visit to Ava and visit by horse carts to Maenu Okkyaung Monastery-built by the chief queen in 1818 for the venerable chief monk is the unique brick type building of 19th century, Nan Myint Tower-27 meter masonry high is declined due to the earthquake in 1811, Bargayar Monastery-well known for its wood carving with 267 teak pillars. Continue to Sagaing, where we can observe the fascinating landscapes of the Ayeyarwaddy River from serene Sagaing Hill, the place of over 700 monasteries. Retrun back to hotel. Farewell Gala Dinner at the special venue and overnight in Mandalay. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Day 06 : Mandalay-International departure

Morning, breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Mandalay International Airport for the departure flight. (Breakfast)
